6月11日，中国电建（601669）发布公告，外部董事彭冈因年龄原因（退休）已向公司董事会递交辞职报告，申请辞去公司董事职务及相关委员会委员职务。彭冈的离任时间为2025年6月10日，原定任期到期日为2027年8月22日。
根据公告，彭冈的离任不会导致公司董事会成员低于法定人数，其辞职申请自报告送达董事会之日起生效。
2025年一季度，中国电建实现收入1427.36亿元，归母净利润26.36亿元。
