智通财经APP讯，HPC HOLDINGS(01742)公布，该集团预期截至2025年4月30日止半年度将取得未经审核溢利净额约3130万新加坡元，而2024年同期净溢利约64.4万新加坡元。截至2024年 10月 31日止年度，该集团录得经审核综合亏损净额约848万新加坡元。
公告称，上述预期显著改善乃主要由于确认一项收购的议价购买收益;本期间较过往期间开展更多在建项目。
