6月11日，福莱蒽特（605566）发布公告，决定对部分募投项目进行变更。原项目“应用研发中心建设项目”将终止，剩余募集资金5910万元将转用于新项目“年产3000吨(折干)高牢度绿色分散染料滤饼及300吨关键中间体清洁生产技改项目”。新项目预计2026年12月30日正常投产并产生收益。
2025年一季度，福莱蒽特实现收入1.81亿元，归母净利润1373万元。
