【环球网综合报道】6月10日，金地（集团）股份有限公司（简称“金地集团”）公告披露2025年5月份销售情况。
公告显示，2025年5月，金地集团实现签约面积23.8万平方米，同比下降51.92%；实现签约金额31.2亿元，同比下降52.07%。
1-5月，金地集团累计实现签约面积99.2万平方米，同比下降49.31%；累计实现签约金额140.5亿元，同比下降52.36%。
