6月10日，大悦城控股集团股份有限公司发布公告披露董事辞职信息。
根据公告，孙朱莉因工作需要辞去大悦城董事职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。孙朱莉未持有公司股份，其辞职不会影响公司董事会正常运行。孙朱莉的辞职自辞职报告送达董事会时生效，未导致公司董事会成员低于法定最低人数。（澎湃新闻记者 李晓青）
