6月6日，泛海控股收到北京金融法院送达的起诉材料。因金融借款合同纠纷，民生银行（600016）北京分行将泛海控股及其子公司武汉中央商务区股份有限公司、泛海建设集团青岛有限公司等，以及控股股东中国泛海控股集团有限公司、实际控制人卢志强等起诉至北京金融法院，该院于5月26日受理此案，本案无反诉。
