6月10日，国务院新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，介绍进一步保障和改善民生有关政策情况，并答记者问。国家发展改革委副秘书长肖渭明表示，《关于进一步保障和改善民生 着力解决群众急难愁盼的意见》提出了4方面10条政策举措，推动民生建设更加“公平、均衡、普惠、可及”。
