6月9日，黑芝麻（000716）发布公告，控股股东广西黑五类食品集团有限责任公司将其持有的1450万股办理质押，占其所持的6.36%及公司总股本的1.92%。
截至公告披露日，控股股东及其一致行动人李汉荣、李汉朝、李玉琦、韦清文累计质押2.12亿股，占其所持的74.56%及公司总股本的28.08%。
2025年一季度，黑芝麻实现收入4.42亿元，归母净利润225万元。
