响水县运河镇南河村招投标存在问题，招投标共计2240亩，实际测量1400亩左右，地亩不实。涉及4座电灌站，中标人只拿到3座站，其中一座站在中标人不知情的情况下被领导送给别人了，严重违规。请有关领导重视，并核实真实情况！
