现年43岁的夸斯尼奥克，职业生涯曾执教过萨尔布吕肯、卡尔蔡司耶拿等低级别联赛球队，在帕德博恩带队145场，胜率为44.14%。
24/25赛季，帕德博恩排名德乙联赛第4位，以3分之差无缘附加赛。
