6月6日晚间，百胜中国在港交所公告，于2025年6月1日（美国时间，“授出日期”），本公司根据2022年长期激励计划向公司非雇员董事授出公司若干普通股股份，作为其于2025年6月1日至2026年5月31日期间提供服务的年度任职报酬。此次股权授予涉及的非雇员董事包括胡祖六、Robert B.Aiken、Mikel A.Durham、Edouard Ettedgui、葛新、David Hoffmann、卢蓉、邵子力、汪洋、张敏和朱晓静，共计授出股份7.18万股。其中，胡祖六获得1.28万股，为此次授予中最多的一位。
