格隆汇6月6日丨线上线下(300959.SZ)公布，近日公司收到股东广金美好出具的《股份减持计划告知函》，广金美好计划在本减持计划公告之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内通过集中竞价交易和大宗交易方式减持本公司股份不超过200万股，占公司总股本剔除回购专用账户的股份数后股本的2.51%。
