北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）6月5日晚间，深交所官网显示，上海建发致新医疗科技集团股份有限公司（以下简称"建发致新"）创业板IPO已更新提交相关财务资料。
招股书显示，建发致新主要从事医疗器械直销及分销业务，并为终端医院提供医用耗材集约化运营（SPD）服务。
深交所官网显示，建发致新创业板IPO于2022年6月29日获得受理，于2023年11月15日上会通过，目前尚未提交注册。
