财联社6月5日电，城建发展(600266.SH)公告称，全资子公司北京城建兴云房地产有限公司与联合体以23.95亿元竞得北京市昌平区中关村生命科学园三期及“北四村”棚户区改造和环境整治B地块项目CP01-0601-0077、0078地块国有建设用地使用权，公司投资比例为30%。该地块总用地规模30729.066平方米，地上建筑规模79895.5716平方米。
