观点网讯：6月5日，法国美妆巨头欧莱雅公司（L'Oreal）接近完成对英国护肤品公司Medik8的收购，交易金额约为10亿欧元。此次收购标志着欧莱雅在护肤领域的进一步扩张。
据悉，Medik8成立于2009年，2021年被私募股权公司Inflexion收购。
