2025年6月5日，润建股份(002929.SZ)公告称，公司副董事长、总经理许文杰，董事、副总经理梁姬，董事、副总经理周冠宇，董事、董事会秘书罗剑涛，财务总监黄宇计划以大宗交易和/或集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份，拟分别减持不超过108.16万股、65.22万股、1.25万股、7.41万股、3.1万股，即拟减持股份不超过公司总股本比例的0.3807%、0.2296%、0.0044%、0.0261%、0.0109%。合计减持185.14万股。
