6月5日，山证资管裕睿6个月定开债券（007268）发布公告，宣布基金经理缪佳因离职于2025年6月6日正式离任，解聘为基金经理。公司将继续由刘凌云共同管理该基金。缪佳的离任未转任公司其他工作岗位，并且已按规定在中国基金业协会办理注销手续，但未办理变更手续。
