6月5日，科伦博泰生物（06990）发布公告，宣布与配售代理达成协议，将配售592万股新H股，配售价为每股331.8港元。此次配售股份占公司现有已发行股本约2.60%，预计配售事项的净额约为19.43亿港元，扣除相关费用后，预计每股净额为328.31港元。配售所得款项将主要用于产品研发、临床试验、注册备案等方面。
