北京时间6月5日，利雅得新月官方消息，小因扎吉出任球队主帅。
根据此前罗马诺的消息，小因扎吉在利雅得新月的年薪将达到2600万欧，合同签至2027年。
小因扎吉2021年出任国际米兰主帅，在将近4年的时间里，带领国米夺得过1次意甲联赛冠军，2次意大利杯冠军，3次意大利超级杯冠军，在2022-23赛季和2024-25赛季的欧冠决赛中，国米均负于对手无缘冠军。
