6月4日，光华股份（001333）发布公告，公司于2025年6月3日召开董事会和监事会，审议通过了《关于对外投资设立境外全资子公司的议案》。公司拟使用自有资金不超过300万港元在香港设立全资子公司，主要开展跨境贸易并进一步拓展海外业务。该全资子公司具体名称为光华聚酯贸易香港有限公司，注册资本为300万港元，持股比例为100%。
2025年一季度，光华股份实现收入3.94亿元，归母净利润2554万元。
