苏垦农发6月4日公告，公司拟使用自有资金，以现金为对价，通过特定事项协议转让方式受让金太阳粮油2300万股（占比28.75%）无限售条件股份，交易金额为1.78亿元。交易完成后，公司将持有金太阳粮油6400万股股份，占其股本总额的80%。本次交易不构成关联交易，亦不构成重大资产重组。
