人民财讯6月3日电，鹏鼎控股(002938)6月3日晚间公告，公司于6月3日收到全资子公司宏启胜精密电子（秦皇岛）有限公司2024年度利润分配款15亿元。本次分红将增加母公司2025年度净利润，但不增加公司2025年度合并报表净利润，不会影响公司2025年度整体经营业绩。
