海尔智家6月3日公告，公司董事会同意公司以集中竞价的方式使用自有资金或自筹资金回购部分公司A股股份，回购价格为不超过40元/股，拟回购总金额不超过20亿元且不低于10亿元，实施期限为自董事会审议通过回购股份方案之日起12个月内。截至2025年5月31日，公司累计回购1243.6万股，占公司总股本的0.13%，回购价格区间为23.6元/股至26.3元/股，累计使用资金3.12亿元（不含手续费等）。
