财联社6月2日电，华仁药业(300110.SZ)公告称，公司收到持股5%以上股东华仁世纪集团的减持计划告知函，华仁世纪集团计划自公告之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内，通过集中竞价交易方式减持不超过公司总股本1%的股份，即不超过11,822,100股。
