总台记者从云南省怒江州委宣传部获悉，受强降雨影响，独龙江乡道路损毁，31日上午，一沿江建筑倒塌，由于提前疏散，目前暂无人员伤亡报告。
另外，独龙江乡境内除移动卫星基站可以打电话，电信联通信号暂时中断。后续情况仍在进一步了解之中。
