格隆汇5月29日丨四川成渝高速公路(00107.HK)公布，黄伟超已分别辞任公司联席公司秘书及其中一名授权代表，自2025年5月29日起生效。于彼辞任后，黄伟超在公司不再担任任何职务。
同日宣布，联交所已确认姚建成符合上市规则第3.28及8.17条下公司秘书的资格。
