5月29日，银宝山新（002786）发布公告，公司向关联方布拉德借款的进展情况。
根据公告，2024年1月8日，公司召开股东大会审议通过了向布拉德借款不超过1.5亿元的议案。近期，公司已向布拉德归还部分借款1740万元，截至公告日，累计借款本金为1.28亿元。
2025年一季度，银宝山新实现收入5.62亿元，归母净利润-1625万元。
