5月28日消息，国家金融监督管理总局宿迁监管分局发布的行政处罚信息公开表披露，江苏泗洪农村商业银行因个人贷款管理存在疏漏，受到监管部门50万元的罚款处罚。
同时，时任该行贷后管理中心主任的祖永，也因在个人贷款管理工作中履职不力，被处以警告并罚款7万元的行政处罚。
