5月28日，保利发展（600048）发布公告，公司拟使用募集资金16.41亿元置换预先投入的自筹资金，符合募集资金到账后6个月内进行置换的规定。
此次募集资金来自于向特定对象发行的8500万张可转换公司债券，募集资金总额为85亿元，扣除保荐承销费用2125万元后，募集资金净额为84.79亿元。
此次置换涉及15个项目，包括上海保利海上瑧悦、北京保利颐璟和煦等。
2025年一季度，保利发展实现收入542.72亿元，归母净利润19.51亿元。
