格隆汇5月28日丨中国光大绿色环保(01257.HK)发布公告，公司已于2025年5月27日于中国完成发行公司2025年度第二期中期票据，本金额人民币10亿元，于2025年度第二期绿色中期票据的前三个计息年度内，固定年利率为1.98%，通过集中簿记建档方式厘定。于第三个计息年度末，公司可选择调整二零二五年度第二期绿色中期票据的票面利率。调整后的票面利率于最后两年保持不变。
