人民财讯5月28日电，据“辽宁发布”，5月28日，辽宁省通用航空产业发展有限公司完成工商注册，宣布成立。该公司由省属企业辽宁机场集团牵头组建，将统筹全省骨干通用机场建设，实施管理运营和相关配套服务保障，在省政府授权下积极推动辽宁省内通航基础设施建设和通航业务发展，努力成为辽宁低空经济发展的排头兵。
