经济观察网讯5月26日，POLA ORBIS HOLDINGS宝丽奥蜜思控股集团（以下简称POLA）发布公告称，经董事会决议，将对其合并子公司奥蜜思商贸（北京）有限公司（以下简称“北京奥蜜思”）进行解散清算。 此外，据公告披露，若清算程序于2025年12月完成，预计将产生13亿日元（约合人民币0.652亿元）的特别损失，同时可减少约16亿日元（约合人民币0.802亿元）的法人税负。
