近日，呷哺集团旗下中高端火锅品牌湊湊宣布，在全国50家门店推出"湊湊煮茶"。据介绍，湊湊将各地产地原叶好茶 ，采用传统工艺现场烹煮，配合水果、台式糕点，让顾客体验传统茶道与现代餐饮的结合。此次尝试，也希望通过填补14:00-17:00的运营空档，来提升空间使用效率。
