5月26日，中通客车（000957）发布公告，取得中国工商银行出具的股票回购专项贷款承诺函，贷款额度不超过1.8亿元，专项用于公司股票回购。此次回购计划，回购资金总额不超过2亿元，回购价格不超过15元/股，实施期限为12个月。
2025年一季度，中通客车实现收入16.93亿元，归母净利润7651万元。
