5月26日，立达信（605365）发布公告，公司拟将“智能制造基地建设项目”节余募集资金1660万元用于尚未完工的“泰国智能制造基地建设项目”。
该项目的达到预定可使用状态日期将由2025年10月调整至2026年5月。
2025年一季度，立达信实现收入15.38亿元，归母净利润6878万元。
