5月25日，据报道，大润发计划裁撤华中大区总部及东北大区总部，其业务及门店将并入其他大区。目前华中区已开始分拆，预计6月底完成。川渝市场门店将并入华南区，湖南湖北市场并入华东大区，西北门店并入华北大区。不过，大润发内部人士称未听说东北区有类似计划，预计不会裁撤。
