5月23日晚，2025年“智汇甜城·才聚东兴”人才夜市招聘活动在内江万达广场举行。活动采取“线上直播带岗＋线下现场招聘”相结合的方式进行。主办方组织了50家企业提供岗位3184个，借助夜间商圈人流量大的优势，为求职者和企业搭建了双向选择的平台。现场初步达成就业意向500余人次。
