23日凌晨5时55分，在陕西省铜川市，由中国中铁电气化局承建的西安至延安高速铁路王益330千伏牵引变电所一次受电成功，这标志着西（安）延（安）高铁首座牵引变电所正式启用，为这条通往陕北革命老区的首条高铁提供动能。
