据知名媒体人Jeff Grubb爆料，索尼圣莫尼卡工作室正在开发一个科幻原创IP，由《战神4》（2018）游戏总监Cory Barlog亲自领军。Grubb称这款科幻IP从2018年就已经在开发了，至今已经7年了。
Grubb表示圣莫尼卡工作室在《战神4》发售后就开始了这款科幻IP的概念创作，或许我们能在下次的State of Play直播上看到先导预告。
最近有传闻称，索尼打算略过今年6月的夏季游戏节，计划在9月举行自己的发布会，这可能是圣莫尼卡这款科幻IP亮相的最佳机会。
