5月23日，海螺水泥（600585/00914）发布公告，近期与海螺设计院签署了多项合同，包括《工程项目设计与技术服务合同》、《矿山基建项目工程总承包合同》和《SCR脱硝技改服务合同》。根据公告，合同总金额约为1.77亿元。
海螺设计院为公司的控股股东海螺集团的全资附属公司，因此这些交易构成关联交易。
2025年一季度，海螺水泥实现收入190.51亿元，归母净利润18.10亿元。
