财政部5月23日消息，2025年记账式附息（十期）国债已完成招标工作。本期国债计划发行1700亿元，实际发行面值金额1717亿元。本期国债期限3年，经招标确定的票面利率为1.46%，2025年5月25日开始计息，招标结束后至5月26日进行分销，5月28日起上市交易。
