港股中国卫生集团复牌一度涨逾160%。消息面上，中国卫生集团公布，向应伟旗下Ample Colour、应伟女儿应任斯旗下Perfect Link及邬琳玲共发行7亿股新股，占扩大后股本约52.3%，每股作价0.1港元，较4月30日收市价折让约28.6%。
