金融界5月22日消息，恒润股份公告称，2025 年 5 月 21 日，其控股子公司上海润六尺与邦银金融租赁股份有限公司签署《融资租赁合同》，租金金额 5335.29万 元，租赁期限 36 个月。同日，公司与邦银金租签署《保证合同》，为承租人提供 5335.29万 元连带责任保证担保。截至 2025 年 5 月 22 日，含本次担保，公司已为上海润六尺提供的担保余额为 8.11亿 元，公司及子公司的担保余额为 15.71亿 元，占公司 2024 年经审计净资产的比例为 48.99% ，且无违规和逾期担保情形。
