5月22日，峨眉山A（000888）发布公告，马令因工作原因，辞去董事、董事会战略与可持续发展（ESG）委员会委员、董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员及总经理的职务，其辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
公司董事会同意聘任童建明为总经理。
2025年一季度，峨眉山A实现收入2.26亿元，归母净利润5891万元。
