IT之家 5 月 22 日消息，科技媒体 xpertpick 昨日（5 月 21 日）发布博文，报道称 OPPO K13x 5G 手机现身 Google Play Console 列表的，该机搭载联发科天玑 6300 芯片，配备 4GB 内存，运行安卓 15 系统。
根据 Google Play Console 列表页面，OPPO K13x 5G 手机将配备一块支持 720 x 1604 像素屏幕搭载 MediaTek MT6835 芯片，应该为天玑 6300 芯片。列表还显示该机采用 4GB 内存（上市后应该会有其它配置），搭载安卓 15 系统。
IT之家曾于今年 3 月报道过该机，整理主要配置如下：
- 机身尺寸 163.21×76.13×8.45mm
- 重量 208 克
- 6.67 英寸 AMOLED 显示屏，分辨率 2400×1080
- 电池额定容量 6820mAh
- CPU 主频 2.3GHz（预计为骁龙 6 Gen4）
- 后置摄像头像素 5000 万、200 万
- 前置摄像头像素 1600 万
