21日，江苏南通气象台一度升级发布暴雨黄色预警。当天，南通市区、如东、海安等地一度出现强降雨，局部降雨量达到100毫米以上。
由于短时间雨量集中，一些低洼路段和老旧小区出现积水内涝，给人们出行带来一定影响。截至21日中午，天气放晴，暴雨预警信号解除。（央视新闻）
