财联社5月22日电，来自韩国汉阳大学、高丽大学和大邱庆北科学技术院的科学家，研制出迄今最小的无机半导体材料——量子半导体纳米团簇，并利用其作为光催化剂，成功制备出环保型氢能。这一突破性成果发表于新一期《纳米快报》杂志。
