金融界5月21日消息，安孚科技公告称，控股股东前海荣耀在首笔3500万元增持专项贷款到位后已增持3888.51万元。2025年5月15日第二笔增持专项贷款1000万元获批发放，前海荣耀立即实施增持，本次增持26.17万股，增持总金额699.93万元。本次增持计划尚未实施完毕，控股股东将根据资本市场情况择机继续实施，并计划在2025年10月10日前完成本次增持计划。
