【财华社讯】鼎丰集团汽车(06878.HK)公布，自2025年5月19日起林洁霖因其他业务安排辞任公司的独立非执行董事。林洁霖辞任后亦自该日起已不再担任薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会及提名委员会成员。公司现正物色合适人选以填补独立非执行董事的空缺。
公司股份自2025年3月31日上午11时正起於联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停，直至另行通知。
