尧女士5月12日拔出智齿，5月15日乘坐飞机去阿勒泰，飞机飞行一段时间后，她感觉嘴巴里开始溢出鲜血，拔智齿的伤口爆了。乘务人员赶来时，尧女士开始头晕，乘客中的一位年轻女医生及时帮她处理伤口，止住鲜血。下飞机后，尧女士前往阿勒泰949医院就诊，医生表示坐飞机时气压变化，可能会导致创口内的血凝块脱落，引起出血。
